Canadian applicants must show moral force of character, scholarship, physical vigor, and leadership. This award is only tenable at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. It includes full tuition and out-of-state fees for up to four years of undergraduate study, plus a laptop computer. There is also an opportunity for four summer internships in the areas of outdoor leadership, publicservice, international research and private sector.
